Web hosting customers: You can manage your domain yourself if you have the OpenSRS login information for the OpenSRS Domain Management Portal. From here you can change contact information, email addresses, domain name servers, etc... If you do not have your login information, at this point you will have to go through the procedure of resetting the administrative email address. This can be done at Tucows AdminChange Site. You will be asked to prove your identity. The only contact number we have for Tucows is 1 (800) 371-6992. This is for reseller support, which may or may not be of assistance. Please do not ask for files from your old website directories. We have always told our users to keep current backups of sites. Thus, you should have all your files stored locally on your machines.
